Life is like a camera
Focus on what is important
Capture the good times
Develop the negatives
and if things don't work out.....
Just take another shot.

Today, we headed for Death Valley. The temperature was a very nice 80 degrees. I had read in the airline magazine that this was a perfect time to see all the wildflowers in bloom but that it was very dependent upon the rainfall received in previous months. We did see a few wildflowers but not as many as we would have liked. We did visit the dunes near Stovepipe Wells. We hiked in Mosaic Canyon, where the walls were narrow at times and were polished marble. On our way out of Death Valley, we visited Bad Water and found most of the flowers near Jubilee Pass at the south end of the park.
