Last night, Kristin and I went to historic downtown Charleston to the Noisy Oyster. We shared baked seafood Au gratin (shrimp, scallops, fish medallions snuggled under a rich blue crab stuffing, layered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with a Parmesan cream sauce) AND a seafood platter (shrimp, oyster, flounder and blue crab cakes). We left at 6 AM and were back in Indy at about 5:30 PM where we met Sierra and took Tyler out for his belated birthday dinner.
